Kite Hill Cream Cheese and Chive

I love putting this dip on anything from cucumbers to chips. You will not be missing dairy with this in your arsenal.

BONUS: you can serve this at parties and even your friends who are the opposite of plant-based will love it!

Go Veggie Cream Cheese

When transitioning to a plant-based diet, it is important to get enough plant-based fats to help keep you full and to optimize nutrient absorption.

This Go Veggie plant-based cream cheese can help you get adequate fat with 8g of fat per serving.

Good Karma Ranch & French Onion Dip

Add flavor to your favorite dishes with Good Karma Ranch and French Onion Dips.

Add these to sauces for easy flavor or just use them as a way to get more veggies into your diet.

Seite Cashew Queso

If you're scared to try vegan cheese, you really shouldn't be, especially when it comes to this Cashew Queso.

Use it at parties for a plant-based dip everyone can enjoy or try it my favorite way with Southwest Loaded Baked Potatoes!

Tribe Hummus

As plant-based alternatives continue to be revolutionized by food companies, I would encourage you to not forget about foods that are naturally plant-based!

The first thing that comes to mind is hummus! Made from chickpeas or other beans, hummus is naturally plant-based and a great way to get in extra fat and fiber. It can also be a great way to dress up fruits and veggies for increased intake and variety.

I love Tribe Hummus because of their wide variety of flavors, including Everything Hummus, Buffalo Hummus, and their dessert flavors!

Primal Kitchen Alfredo

Let's get real, sometimes you just need some feel good food like a hearty pasta in a cream sauce. Don't fret because Primal Kitchen makes this amazing plant-based alfredo sauce!

Primal Kitchen also has a variety of salad dressings and BBQ sauces that are sugar free and made from high quality ingredients, however, many of their products contain egg. Therefore, if egg consumption does not fit into your plant-based diet you may want to avoid some primal kitchen products.

This alfredo is completely plant based!
